District Event Schedules
District event schedules can be customized based on the
needs of the district teams and planning committee.

Day 1 Pits open in evening

Day 2 Inspection, Practice rounds (AM)
Qualification rounds (PM)

Day 3 Qualification rounds (AM)
Elimination rounds (PM)

District events have approximately
12 qualification matches for each team.

District events could be a mix of Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday events.

ROBOT ACCESS PERIOD

Teams attending two-day events do not have as much time to work on their robots at events as teams attending traditional three-day regional events. Due to this, teams are granted an additional “Robot Access Period” to unbag their robot between “Stop Build Day” and their two-day District event.
PERMITTED ACTIONS
Teams may perform any activity they would normally do during the build season, including practicing with the robot.
SCHEDULE
Teams may unlock their robot for a total of 6 hours during the 7 day period preceding the two-day district event.

-
Those six hours can be broken up any way the team wishes except that no single access period may be shorter than 2 hours.

-
The robot must be locked up between work sessions and this lock up must be documented on the lock up form.
